Ascension Summerlin is a brand new gated community that will open at the end of 2023 located at Tropicana and Town Center in the heart of Summerlin South. This community is situated in-between The Summit Summerlin and Mesa Ridge Summerlin. This 261 acre gated community will feature 561 home sites built by Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes. Ascension Summerlin will be close to The Mesa Park in The Mesa Summerlin Village. The area is home to beautiful views, hiking and biking trails as well as being close to shopping, restaurants, and of course Downtown Summerlin! Freeway access to close by with the 215 Beltway. The location is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and has several golf courses near by such as the golf course at Siena and at Red Rock Country Club too.
Expect home prices to be well over 1 million dollars. Also, lot premiums will be high as well since I am expecting bigger than normal Summerlin lot sizes. These homes should be single story as well as two story semi custom homes. This means you will be able to chose different floor plans, and configure the home to your needs. You will also get to chose where you want to build within this new community.
Pulte Homes has already stated to me that these homes will be similar to their Reverence Home Collection #4. This community had homes over 4,000 square feet, with a 3 car garage. Toll Brothers has been pretty quiet about what they will build here. When you look at the surrounding area and Mesa Ridge, you can expect a similar product of home that you see at Mesa Ridge Summerlin. Expect model homes to open at the end of 2023.
