Amaya Summerlin West Features Custom Home Sites- Summerlin West continues to grow and expand to the west. Recently, I flew up near Little Red Rocks to discover that Amaya Sumerlin has started grading the land and creating lots. Howard Hughes from what I have been told will be selling these lots directly to home buyers. Expect lot premiums to be in the millions as well as home prices too. Due to a lack of verified information, I believe that this custom home lot community will be similar to The Ridges Summerlin. Situated above the Las Vegas Valley high up in Summerlin West, the best location right now is where Lake Mead turns southwest into Summerlin West from the 215 Beltway. The community sits in the middle of the Little Red Rocks area. From this vantage point, you can have amazing views of the Las Vegas Valley. Mountain views would be to the west of this community. City views will be to the east.
Amaya Summerlin will be within walking distance and a 5 minute car ride to Summerlin Grand Park and the Urban Core in Summerlin West. These two projects are currently under development. The Urban Core project will have office towers, high rise condos, and commercial spaces. It will also connect into the Summerlin Parkway for easy freeway access to the 215 beltway.
