Update 11/12/2025 - Pulte Homes Back Bowl project is currently under development. Located to the southwest of Ascension Summerlin at the intersection of Town Center Drive and Rolling Foothills Drive, Back Bowl will feature over 400 homes in a gated community.
"Back Bowl" is not the official name of this new Pulte Homes community. Technically, it's called Summerlin Village 17 c. It will also be located to the south of The Summit Club Summerlin's newest portion of their development too.
From what I have been told by Pulte Homes employees, you can expect sales to start some time in late 2027 with the first home deliveries in 2028.
231.39 acres will feature over 400 homes which is less than Ascension Summerlin's 561 homes on the same size of land. This could mean we will see bigger lots from Pulte Homes with similar home designs and models that are currently being sold at Ascension Summerlin.
On this page I am listing what appears to be several of the designs for the upcoming homes that will be sold at Back Bowl. Please keep in mind that these designs are subject to change or modification.
Pricing has not been released yet and I do not expect pricing to be known until 2 weeks prior to when sales would start some time in late 2027. Pricing should be reflective of 2027 pricing in the surrounding area such as in Ascension Summerlin and or in Mesa Ridge.
Amenities will be similar to Ascension Summerlin such as a community pool, fitness center and clubhouse. When more information is released, I will update this page.
