Reverence Summerlin

Reverence Summerlin Pulte Homes -Built in 2017 as a brand new Summerlin Village, Pulte offers a variety of homes and floor plans to suit everyone’s brand new home needs. From single story homes, to two story homes, there is a huge selection to choose from. You can live in the guard gated subdivision or live outside of the guard gated area. Reverence Summerlin has a community park that is within walking distance from all of the homes in this Summerlin Village.

Reverence Summerlin has a club house with a fitness center, 2 pools and tennis courts. There are also walking paths throughout the village.

Located 10 minutes north of Downtown Summerlin, Reverence Summerlin has great freeway access and is about a 20 minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip and a 25 minute drive to the airport. With the development of Kestrel Summerlin and Kestrel Commons Summerlin, Reverence will connect to new commercial spaces as well as other parts of Summerlin in the near future.

The community is located a few minutes to the north of Downtown Summerlin which has turned into an amazing, active area for residents of Summerlin and Las Vegas. Downtown Summerlin already hosts the headquarters of the Vegas Golden Knights NHL Franchise and The Oakland A's triple A baseball stadium has been a huge success. Downtown Summerlin is filled with shops, restaurants, entertainment options such as Dave and Busters and a movie theater. Red Rock Canyon National Park is also close by. You can explore the area by mountain bkie, hiking, driving and it's a great place to ride a motorcycle too!
