2020 marked the beginning of two brand new Summerlin communities. The First is Redpoint Village Summerlin. The second is Redpoint Square Village Summerlin. Located just west of the 215 Beltway off of the Far Hills exit. These two new Summerlin Villages will span over 150 acres when completed in Summerlin West.
Future plans for this village will connect Desert Foothills Drive with The Summerlin Parkway. Most importantly, accessing this village from The Summerlin Parkway will be great and easy! Summerlin West will be built out over a 20 year period according to The Howard Hughes Corporation.
These future villages will offer smaller lots and more square footage for a smaller pricing point. More townhomes and single story homes will be built in these two villages. For instance, we are seeing a lot more smaller homes and smaller lots than bigger homes in this area.
Summerlin West will be built over the next 20 years.
5,000+ acres that are to the west of the 215 from Charleston to the south and Lake Mead to the north will be built out making up Summerlin West.
