Building started in 1997. Developed by Jim Rhodes, 1,330 acres makes up the entire master planned community. This guard gated community features an amazing list of recreational activities.

Lush green grass and fairways are located through out the community. As you drive into the community, you forget that you are in the desert. Palm trees and mature landscaping attract you as you drive through the area. 

There are several communities within the gated area of Rhodes Ranch as well as on the outside surrounding area of the gated community. Town Homes are located on the outside of the gated community as well as some single family homes.

Within the gated community area, you will find larger square footage homes, single story homes that back up to the golf course and two story homes as well. If you are looking for larger square footage homes above 3,000 square feet, Rhodes Ranch may work for you.

Other Recreational Features:

The master planned community itself is located in the up and coming southwest part of Las Vegas.
In the surrounding area you will find shopping such as Ikea, grocery stores Vons, Smiths and Albertsons. Rhodes Ranch features several home choices from single story homes to two story homes as well as homes that back up to the green golf course. The community is very family friendly with a water park that features 16 different water slides. There are also several pools, 3 spas and grassy areas to enjoy. There is also a state of art fitness center and club house. You will never be bored in this community. 

What's in The Southwest Part of Las Vegas? 

In the next few years the southwest part of Las Vegas will see a massive difference in gaming as well as mixed use projects. Station Casinos is building Durango Station which will be located at Durango and the southern 215 Beltway. This massive casino and hotel project will provide local residents with a casino, food court, bowling and movie entertainment.

Also, coming to the area is a Lifetime Fitness located at Sunset and Durango. Uncommons mixed use project will feature office space, shopping, and residential units too.
