Michael understands the real estate market, but most of all he understands his clients. No sales pitches, only facts, he makes sure his clients sell for the most and purchase for the least. Michael is the best person we have ever dealt with, honest, reliable and sincere, he qualifies for a 10 star rating.

Michael is nothing short of a miracle worker. We are a military family who received a short notice PCS; meaning, we had about two months to find a house before we moved our entire family from Japan to Las Vegas. The decision to purchase a house before we arrived left us only the option to buy sight-unseen, which is generally terrifying. With two small children, two large dogs, and trying to move my family across the world, things were hectic to say the least. Michael never faltered, he worked around our crazy schedule to include the 14-hour time difference. He stayed in constant contact with us and was always responsive. He understood the time crunch and wasted no time figuring out exactly what we wanted and getting to work. I loved many houses Michael said NO to. He told me at the beginning, he wouldn’t sell me a house he wouldn’t live in. Just because its beautiful on the internet, does not mean its beautiful in real life. He wasn’t wrong! He went to a ton of properties and conducted live facetime and video walk-thru’s, so we could get a real idea of what the spaces were like. Michael took all of the work and the majority of stress out of the process for us. If you are looking for honesty, integrity and reliability in an agent, look no further. Michael made it possible for us to find and close on our dream house, before we even landed in the U.S. and for that I cannot thank him enough!

Michael helped to guide me along the process; setting up showings at several properties at varying price points with a diverse range of amenities until I came across the single family home I ultimately bought. Michael is an experienced realtor who gives upfront advice in the best interest of his clients. I appreciated that he only showed me houses in my budget and the area I requested instead of wasting my time looking at houses that would not meet my expectations. Michael was flexible, responded quickly to my questions, was available when I asked and was always on time to our appointments. Michael couldn't of done a better job finding us a fantastic house. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we had to buy the house through just a video walk through and pictures since my job wouldn't allow us to travel. Michael's attention to detail really kept us from purchasing a house that may of looked great in photos but wasn't a great option for us. He also knew that since we were military this is a house that we won't be living in for 10 years. So he went out of his way to point out things that would make resell difficult keeping us from painfully paying a mortgage for months why our house sat unsold down the line. I couldn't be happier with his attention to detail, responsiveness, and just general performance.

I have bought and sold more than a dozen houses over the years. I have dealt with some good realtors but never one that I though was exceptional, not until Michael Bondi of Urban Nest Relators. I live in Long Beach; CA. I bought my first rental home in Las Vegas through Michael in 2018. He delivered it below the market value. Two years later after I had made some major improvements, he sold that same house for me well above the market value. During those renovations, he used his construction background to monitor the contractors work on my behalf to be sure it was properly done. I never asked him to do that & he refused to accept any payment even though that saved me countless hours & travel expenses. Then after a few months of searching, he found me the ideal, upgraded, second rental home at an extraordinary value. His product knowledge and his professionalism are only surpassed by his genuine concern to not only to find me the right house at the right price, but to educate me on the market, all the neighboring areas and their potential and so much more. I am not easy to please. Michael’s patience and his persistence were always far beyond what I expected from a realtor. When he booked my time in his busy schedule, I got every dedicated hour or day of his resourcefulness. Never once did I ever sense that it was ever about his just making the sale; on the contrary, on two occasions he prevented me from making the wrong decision by going the extra distance to absolutely prove his case when he could have made a quick commission. I call that integrity! He is extremely detailed, savvy, and utterly understands the real estate market. All three of my transactions with Michael went through effortlessly because of his diligence. I would not want a friend or family member to ever transact real estate in Las Vegas with anyone other than Michael Bondi.

Michael was very pro-active with us in our house search for our son and his family. His knowledge of the Las Vegas area and real estate market is quite impressive, and he showed us an area we didn't even know existed -- and we live in Las Vegas!
