As an FAA Certified Drone Pilot, I can show case your home from the air. This means that buyers will be able to see your lot size, backyard, your entire home from the air. They can also explore the surrounding community too since I fly over most parts of the Las Vegas Valley. Since I have been flying drones, I have noticed that my listings get more exposure on the internet which means more people will be looking at your listing.

I also leverage targeted ads and my extensive social media network to engage with buyers and consumers about all our upcoming listings and open houses. I know that the majority of home searches start online, so if your home doesn’t look good on desktop, tablet and mobile devices, it won’t entice buyers to take a look in person. I’ll showcase your listing with crisp, high-resolution professional photography to grab and keep buyer attention.

Having the right angles, shots, and editing go a long way in getting people through the doors of your home.

Drone Photography

Being a Certified FAA Drone Pilot means more exposure to your home. Having the ability to show case your home from the air gives your listing a view of your entire homes, backyard and the community you live in. This helps buyers decide on several key issues when they are looking for a home. Is your backyard big enough for their needs? What about home size and location within the subdivision? Drone photos and videos help to sell your home.

Print is a large part of our marketing strategy! When you list with me, I invest in printed, full color flyers as well as premier signage. My signs are designed to stand out from the others and attract maximum attention to your listing. 

Virtual Tour

As technology evolves, I keep up with the trends. The virtual tour experience of showing a home to a buyer is priceless! I shoot all of my videos in 4K which is the latest in high quality video. I have multiple cameras from Sony, Go Pro and I also use DJI Drones for aerial photos too. 

Open Houses

Not every agent takes the time to hold open houses, but I do! I’ll ensure your home is well-advertised and makes a great first impression. I also go the extra mile to create ambiance by staging your home and making sure there is plenty of light. Plus, each Open House includes the printing of financing brochures, documents pertaining to the house, and a color flyer for buyers to take home. 


As members of my MLS, your listing is automatically accessible to all other due-paying agents and brokers. The MLS website has access to all of the crucial information agents and homebuyers need such as private notes, the financing options you (the seller) will accept and more!
