Toll Brothers Summerlin has not released any updates as to what they will be building in Ascension Summerlin but my opinion is that you will see homes similar to that of Mesa Ridge Summerlin. Incline at Ascension will have 4 new single story homes from 2,297 square feet up to 2,466 square feet.
The Pointe at Ascension will also have 4 new single story luxury homes from 3,475 square feet up to 4,006 square feet. High end luxury homes with flexible designs and high end finishes to choose from. Expect these homes to be semi-custom from what I have read.

Toll Borthers Ascension Summerlin Information:
Expect bigger sized homes as seen in Mesa Ridge that was built by Toll Brothers Summerlin. I would expect to see similar designs from Mesa Ridge in Ascension Summerlin. Mesa Ridge features single story homes as well as two story homes. Square footage is over 5,000 sqaure feet in Mesa Ridge so I would expect to see that within Ascenion Summerlin once Toll Brothers Summerlin starts releasing their plans to build in this brand new community.
What Are The Models And Community Names For Toll Brothers Ascension Summerlin?
The Crestline Collection:
This collection will feature homes up to 5,000 square feet and they will be two story homes. Look for 22 foot soaring great room ceilings, a modern design element, 5 bedrooms, a loft and 5.5 baths. Balconies and large covered patios will also be a focal point for this community. Your new home can be customized to your specific needs. There will be an elevator option as well as large bedrooms and a multi gen suite option too. There will be 3 home designs to chose from in this collection of homes.
The Highrock Collection:
In this collection of homes, this area will be at the peak of Ascension Summerlin meaning there should be some amazing views of The Las Vegas Valley within this collection. According to their web site, expect homes to have 14 foot ceilings, spacious interiors and exteriors, an optional formal dinning room and a cellar too. There will be 3 unique designs within this community to build.
The Ridgeline Collection:
With 3 luxury designs to chose from in this collection of homes, expect to see a mix of modern, mid-century modern, and desert contemporary exteriors for these model homes. This single story collection of homes will feature a multi-gen suite option, and up to 3,600 square feet. 4 bedrooms with 4.5 baths will be available for you to customize to your specific needs.
