UPDATE 9/30/2024– Construction is moving along. Roads leading up to Amaya Summerlin are now paved. Street lights are up and lots are starting to be formed. Interior roads will be paved soon. I am hoping to get an update on this project by January 2025 from Howard Hughes Corporation.
Several other Realtors are reporting 171 custom lots in Amaya Summerlin. I can confirm only 44 lots in this first phase of Amaya Summerlin. This is based on the site map that I have seen and published below on this page. Things change all the time when it comes to information and what Howard Hughes Corporation releases to us in the industry. My goal is to give you current information based on facts and evidence I can verify from govenrment sources before I publish it.
The next phase of bidding has been rescheduled to the first quarter of 2025 when people will actually be able to walk the site and choose a lot in person. A reservation deposit will be required for next year bids on the remaining lots at Amaya Summerlin. Please contact me directly for more information. Amaya Summerlin West Custom Home Sites- Amaya located in Summerlin West will be a gated community with amazing views surrounded by mountains to the west and city views to the east. Howard Hughes Corporation has not released a lot of information as of yet about this community. Expect lot premiums to be in the millions as well as homes to be in the millions as well. What Information is Available on This Project?
Right now, the only information I have about this community is that it will be located near Little Red Rocks and that grading of the land has already started. In my latest drone flight video, you can clearly see a lot of activity in the area.
Please check back often since information about this community should be released some time next year in 2025.
Think of this community similar to The Ridges Summerlin Summerlin but with better city views due to the altitude and being higher up in the mountains than The Ridges Summerlin is currently.
Amaya Summerlin West will also be within walking distance of the Summerlin Grand Park as well as the Summerlin West Urban Core project that is still being developed.
This will be a gated community with 44 lots total. It will also have a private access street from Lake Mead Blvd into the community.
