Ascension Summerlin Clubhouse Update August 2024-Recently I came acroos the new designs and updated information about what to expect at the Ascension Summerlin Clubhouse. In this blog post, I will list the changes as well as all of the features within the clubhouse as well as list all of the amenities you can expect to find in Ascension Summerlin. What Are The New Changes?

The floor plans show an increase of square footage from 8,450 to 11,500 square feet. This could change or stay the same for now. Expect a gym, golf simulator, roof top terrace, and much more! The amenities will include 4 pickelball courts, 2 pools, an activity lawn area, a food truck area and 77 parking spaces for residents and visitors to the clubhouse.

The new designs to the clubhouse also show that it is now a 2-3 story building that will include some amazing views of the Las Vegas Valley. The building will face east so this might also include some amazing Las Vegas Strip views too.
