Astra at La Madre Peaks 

UPDATE 2/27/2025:

Construction is moving along. Roads leading up to Astra at La Madre Peaks are now paved. Street lights are up and lots are starting to be formed. The building of a security guard office is also ongoing. Interior roads will be paved soon. My last drone flight video from January 2025 is listed below. Another drone flight video will be completed some time in March.

Several other Realtors are reporting 171 custom lots in Astra at La Madre Peaks. I can confirm only 44 lots in this first phase of Astra at La Madre Peaks. This is based on the site map that I have seen and published below on this page. Things change all the time when it comes to information and what Howard Hughes Corporation releases to us in the industry. My goal is to give you current information based on facts and evidence I can verify from govenrment sources before I publish it.

Name Change From Amaya Summerlin to Astra at La Madre Peaks… 

Amaya Summerlin was the original project name and the Review-Journal has confirmed with Howard Hughes that the new name is Astra at La Madre Peaks. There are several planning commission meetings that have allowed street name changes to reflect this possible change. Amaya Canyon is now known as Astra Canyon. I will keep you updated on any new information I can get my hands on. Buying Process: 

The next phase of bidding has been rescheduled to the first quarter of 2025 when people will actually be able to walk the site and choose a lot in person. A reservation deposit will be required for next year bids on the remaining lots at Astra at La Madre Peaks. Please contact me directly for more information.

Astra at La Madre Peaks Custom Home Sites- Astra located in Summerlin West will be a gated community with amazing views surrounded by mountains to the west and city views to the east. Howard  Hughes Corporation has not released a lot of information as of yet about this community. Please check back often since information about this community changes all the time.

Think of this community similar to The Ridges Summerlin Summerlin but with better city views due to the altitude and being higher up in the mountains than The Ridges Summerlin is currently.

Astra at La Madre Peaks will also be within walking distance of the Summerlin Grand Park as well as the Summerlin West Urban Core project that is still being developed.

This will be a gated community with 44 lots total.  It will also have a private access street from Lake Mead Blvd into the community.
