Located in Redpoint Square Summerlin and within walking distance to the future Summerlin Grand Park, this community features two story homes. Castellana By Taylor Morrison:

Home sales have already started at the corner of Far Hills and Fox Hill for a new two story community by Taylor Morrison called Castellana. These homes will be two story homes similar to Cascades. Square footage starts around 2,066 square feet all the way up to 2,662 square feet.

Woodside Homes is now building in Redpoint Square- Obsidian. 2 story and 3 story homes starting from 1,357 to 1,854 square feet. There are 5 floor plans to chose from. This community is currently being built out and home sites are still available.

Pulte Carmel Cliff:

Carmel Cliff is Pulte’s newest community. Located at the northeast corner of Far Hills and Sky Vista.

Six models to choose from featuring Spanish and Hacienda type elevations.

This will be the first Toll Brothers Home community in Redpoint Square Summerlin. Pulte Homes Blacktail: 

This 3 story home community features roof top decks with amazing views of the Las Vegas Valley. There are 3 models to choose from. Sqaure starts at 2,338 and go up to 2,572 square feet. Richmond American Osprey Ridge:

Ascension Summerlin (Summerlin South) 

Currently, Ascension Summerlin is in the grading and under ground utilities phase of construction. Model homes should be opened in the first part of 2024. This is a joint project between Toll Brothers Summerlin and Pulte Homes Summerlin. Toll Brothers does not have any information about this project right now. Once they release information, I will post it on my web site.
