Last year, I decided to obtain my FAA Drone Pilots License. Since August 2021, I have been able to fly my drone fleet throughout Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson. The videos are posted on my youtube.com channel here: www.youtube.com/summerlinrealtor
There are more than 60+ videos as well as follow up monthly fly over’s in several different areas. My goal with this is to show out of state buyers what the real Las Vegas looks like besides what you see on The Las Vegas Strip. I fly over current construction projects, new housing developments, areas of the city, as well as showcasing the city from the air.

I add new videos all the time! Be sure to subscribe to get the latest information about Las Vegas/Summerlin/Henderson Real Estate. It’s amazing what you can see from the air. The amount of growth in Las Vegas and the surrounding cities is pretty amazing when you see things from the air.
The videos I shoot are in 4K high resolution which is the most current drone technology. After I shoot the video, I edit it, add logos and music to the footage. The videos are quick usually less than 3 minutes in length. During that time, I am flying above 100 feet with a maximum altitude of 400 feet if needed. Since Las Vegas is pretty flat with not a lot of high rises, I am able to get great views and shots in less than 200 feet above the ground.
