The Beginning of Providence Las Vegas
Ground breaking for Providence Las Vegas started around 2004 and 2005. The first homes to move in were around 2006. The area at the time was very remote and lacked commercial spaces for restaurants and shopping. Forward now to today and what a difference a few years make!
Spanning over 1,200 acres and over 7,000 homes, Providence Las Vegas is located south of Skye Canyon and north of the 215 Beltway at Hualapai. The local area has several places to eat, shop and explore. There are several parks, a dog park, and much more!
Several other communities are close by too: Skye Canyon, Skye Hills as well as Centennial Hills too! Be sure to search around the northwest valley for those communities too!
There are several gated communities as well that have their own community pools and club house. Getting around the Las Vegas Valley from Providence is easy and fast. The 215 Beltway as well as the 95 freeway are a few minutes away that will take you anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.

Two story, three story as well as single story homes are available in this master planned community. Community schools and tree lined streets await you in Providence Las Vegas.
Close by is Centennial Hills Hospital as well as Centennial Hills shopping areas. Home Depot, Super Walmart, In-N-Out, Smith's, Albertsons and Sprouts are close by too. Several car dealerships are nearby.
