First Look At Whole Foods Market Downtown Summerlin. Located at the intersection of Town Center Drive and Sahara Ave, this new retail complex will feature 3 buildings. It will expand Downtown Summerlin’s footprint to provide more retail space to the Summerlin community. In addition to traditional storefronts, the development has opened opportunities for food trucks to thrive in the surrounding areas, providing diverse dining options that appeal to residents and visitors alike. Whole Foods Market Downtown Summerlin Design: 

Current plans show the Whole Foods Market Downtown Summerlin will be approximately 48,000 square feet. It will face east towards Town Center Drive. The core building should be built out by the third quarter of 2024. Tenant build outs should be completed by 2025.

Other Retail Spaces:

A second building will have 6 spaces for retail shops. 18,000 square feet approximately will join Whole Foods Market. This building will also face east towards Town Center Drive. As for what these new retail shops will be, that information has not yet been released.  A third stand alone drive through location will also be built on this site. 4,200 square feet will face south towards Sahara Ave.

Downtown Summerlin Growth: 

This area will continue to grow. Howard Hughes is also expected to release new information some time this year and into 2025 about several new projects. Expect another brand new 10 story office building in the Downtown Summerlin area. What’s At Downtown Summerlin? 

Macy’s and Dillard’s are the 2 main anchor stores that are surrounded by several restaurants and shops. Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, California Piza Kitchen, Panda Express, Red Robin, and Lazy Dog, just to name a few. Several other restaurants are located here as well. There is also a Trader Joe’s, movie theater, Dave and Busters,  Nordstron Rack as well as other shops. A farmers market is open every Saturday too. It’s also a great place to walk your dog and hang out with friends and family. The Las Vegas Ballpark that hosts the Triple A Oakland A’s (Soon to be Las Vegas A’s) Baseball team is across the street as well.
