Is Southwest Las Vegas Getting a Costco? According to several news reports and Clark County documents, it appears that Costco will be building a new location in the Southwest. Located at Buffalo Drive and the south 215 Beltway, Costco will build a 158,000 dsquare footage building. The location will have the same look and feel to it as the 5 locations in the Las Vegas Valley. A bakery, gas station, food court and tire sales too. What Does This New Sothwest Las Vegas Costco Look Like? 

Here are some images of the new location and what it may look like once it’s built out:

No further information about when the store will open and if other stores will be a part of this new location. From the plans posted above, it looks like it will be a free standing building with a gas station and no other retail. That could change since there is plenty of land that surrounds this location.

What Else is Located Nearby? 

The Southwest part of Las Vegas is growing big time! Durango Station Casino just opened at the 215 Beltway and Durango. This hotel casino features several restaurants, a food court, and much more. Plenty of resturants and shops are also nearby. At Rainbow and the 215 Beltway you can find a Best Buy, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and a Home Depot. There are also several restaurants in this shopping center too. The area continues to grow. This southwest Las Vegas Costco will continue to add more value to this part of Las Vegas.
