KB Home Alton Grand Park Summerlin will feature 200 single family homes. This brand new community is located at Far Hills Drive and Grand Park Blvd in Summerlin West.  This community will feature 10 model homes to choose from. 3 single story options and 7 two story options. There will be 2 different collections to choose from: The Landings and The Reserves. This community will be located close by the Grand Park in Summerlin West which will be the biggest park in all of Summerlin.  The upcoming Urban Core project in Summerlin West will feature office buildings, commercial space as well as high rise residential spaces too.  As your Summerlin Realtor, I stay current on all new projects that affect our growing community.

KB Home Alton Grand Park will feature home sizes from 1,634 square feet all the way up to 3,063 square feet.  Each of these model homes will feature 3 different elevations to choose from.
