About Me

My Origins: 

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. After spending almost 30 years in Los Angeles, I relocated to Las Vegas in 2003 and started my new career in real estate in 2004.  Prior to my career in real estate, I have worked in the construction industry for a general contractor and as a plumber's apprentice and a journeyman plumber. I have also  worked  in law enforcement for The Los Angeles Police Department and for the U.S. Government. With these 2 prior careers, it has helped me to become successful in real estate and that experience helps my clients with all of their real estate needs and goals. 

As my client, your interests always come first. A lot of my business is referral based from past and current clients. From Buying, Selling, or Investing, I can help you with all of your Las Vegas/Summerlin/Henderson real estate needs!

FAA Certified Drone Pilot and You Tube Channel:

Part of my business model is to always stay current and up to date with technology that can help my clients. By using Drone technology, I can help take video and pictures of homes that I will list for sale as well as shoot aerial footage of communities/areas for out of state buyers. I can also use my fleet of drones to showcase the Las Vegas Valley like no one else can. This means getting access to brand new communities in Summerlin, Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley before anyone else can see them. 

Being a certified FAA Drone Pilot opens up a whole new world to explore for people buying or selling real estate here in Las Vegas. It's a great tool to showcase the Las Vegas Valley and getting a peak at the future growth we see here in the Las Vegas Valley!

Foreclosure and Short Sales:

Since 2006, I have completed over 300+ short sale listings with a 99.9% success rate. As a result of the housing crisis of 2008, I trained other REALTORS on the correct way to complete short sales. I have helped numerous clients avoid foreclosure and build a better financial future for themselves.

I have been featured in Readers Digest, People Magazine and the Review-Journal Las Vegas Newspaper.
