September 28, 2023Pulte Ascension Summerlin Update and Pricing as of September 2023, Pulte just released information on 9/23/23 about this brand new guard gated communty. Located in Summerlin South, Ascension Summerlin features 2 of Las Vegas best luxury home builders-Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes. This 561 acre community will feature 231 home sites in total with 6 different communities to choose from. Each builder will have 3 communities within it’s guard gated area. The location is at Town Center and Tropicana Drive situated inbetween The Summit Summerlin Club to the north and Mesa Ridge to the south. Pulte Ascension Summerlin Pricing:
Pulte has stated that pricing will start in the low 1 millions and go over 1.4 million. Lot premiums will be on a bidding basis between other buyers wanting a lot in this location. What this means is that you will be bidding against other people for the same lot. Pulte has stated that they will begin this process October 14th to the 16th and the final results will be completed on October 18th, 2023.
A $20,000 deposit will be required to start the purchase process with Pulte once you are selected to start the building process. As for a total number of pricing figures, I would expect most people to spend at least 10% of the sales price in options or more. Lot premiums are based on demand so those figures could be anything from $50,000.00 to over $250,000.00 for bigger lots. Once again, remember that these numbers are based on a bidding process and we will not know the final numbers on a lot bid unless you are the winning bidder.
