Today, Pulte Homes sent out an email to me describing the 3 communities that will make up their home choices within Ascension Summerlin. Toll Brothers has not released any updates as to what they will be building in Ascension Summerlin but my opinion is that you will see homes similar to that of Mesa Ridge Summerlin.
