April 20, 2023Pulte Homes Ascension Summerlin Details Released! Today, Pulte Homes sent out an email to me describing the 3 communities that will make up their home choices within Ascension Summerlin. Toll Brothers has not released any updates as to what they will be building in Ascension Summerlin but my opinion is that you will see homes similar to that of Mesa Ridge Summerlin. The Pointe at Ascension will also have 4 new single story luxury homes from 3,475 square feet up to 4,006 square feet. High end luxury homes with flexible designs and high end finishes to choose from. Expect these homes to be semi-custom from what I have read.
