Summerlin West will be built over the next 20 years.
5,000+ acres that are to the west of the 215 from Charleston to the south and Lake Mead to the north will be built out making up Summerlin West.
Additionally, Redpoint Summerlin Village and Redpoint Square Summerlin will continue to have new home designs that Summerlin has not seen before!

Castellana By Taylor Morrison:
Home sales have already started at the corner of Far Hills and Fox Hill for a new two story community by Taylor Morrison called Castellana. These homes will be two story homes similar to Cascades. Square footage starts around 2,066 square feet all the way up to 2,662 square feet.

Woodside Homes is now building in Redpoint Square- Obsidian. 2 story and 3 story homes starting from 1,357 to 1,854 square feet. There will be 5 floor plans to chose from. This community is currently being built out and home sites are still available.

KB Home Ascent Townhomes:
KB Home Ascent is almost sold out! This project features townhomes with a 2 car garage, 1,448 to 1,860 square feet units. 137 two-story units total. There are 6 floor plans to chose from.
This community is in it’s final sales. a New KB Home community called Nighthawk has started construction in Kestrel Summerlin which is just north of Redpoint Square Summerlin. Pulte Carmel Cliff:

This will be the first Toll Brothers Home community in Redpoint Square Summerlin. The community is being built at a very quick pace. Several buildings are currently under construction. The subdivision is close to Summerlin’s Urban Core project that will be built out in the next few years. According to Howard Hughes Corp, “The Urban Core will be the Yin to the Yang of Downtown Summerlin.” This project is still under development.
