October 18, 2024Toll Brothers Glenrock Summerlin West is a brand new Summerlin Luxury home community that will open in the first quarter of 2025. 8 model homes to choose from. 4 single story options and 4 two story options. Located in the Summerlin Grand Park Village at the intersection of Far Hills Drive and Grand Park Blvd, this community will feature 120 homes. Lot sizes will range from 8,241 to 19,.494 square feet. Home square footage will range from 2,902 to 4,805 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and up to 5.5 baths. Some models will feature roof top decks and others will feature basements too. Pricing has not yet been released on this community. As your Summerlin Realtor, I keep up on all new projects in Summerlin West as well as Summerlin. Summerlin West Continues to Grow!
Summerlin West will continue to build out over the next 15+ years. When completed, you can expect to see 30,000 homes within it’s area. With the addition of the Urban Core Project, this area will see high rise commercial and residential buildings in the area. Land continues to be very expensive in Summerlin. Pricing will continue to rise based on supply and demand. Custom home sites such as Amaya Summerlin will bring higher property values to the area. Taylor Morrison will be building a 55 or older community in this area too. Several other builders have active projects in Grand Park right now. This village will also be home to the biggest park in all of Summerlin called “Grand Park”. It will feature pickelball courts, baseball fields and much more! A trail system will also connect to other villages in the area such as Kestrel Summerlin and Redpoint Summerlin.
