Ascension Summerlin January 2025 Udpate- Every since Ascension Summerlin opened almost 2 years ago, demand has been very strong. Located at Town Center and Tropicana, this brand new community in Summerlin South has really grown into a new community. Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers have built 6 subdivisions in total.  Below you will find current links to all 6 subdivisions including current pricing and lot availability. Please keep in mind that some communities in Ascension Summerlin will be sold out completely by May 2025 or sooner. Toll Brothers Ridgeline and Pulte Homes Incline will be the first 2 communities to completely sell out. There are also a limited amount of home sites still available but most builders are stating to me that they should be sold out some time this year. Homes will be built out for another year and a half.
