This page contains updated information about Redpoint Summerlin and Redpoint Square Summerlin. Summerlin’s 2 newest villages. My goal with this page is to give you updates on the status of model home construction and when these communities open to the public.
8-3-2020: Single Story Homes in Savannah at Redpoint Summerlin By William Lyons (Taylor Morrison) currently under construction:

2020 marks the beginning of two brand new Summerlin communities. The First is Redpoint Summerlin Village. The second will be Redpoint Square Village Summerlin.
Located just west of the 215 Beltway off of the Far Hills exit. This new Summerlin Village will be over 150 acres when completed. Pricing of homes will start in the higher 290,000.00’s and go up to the $600,000.00+ pricing point.
Future plans for this village will connect Desert Foothills Drive with The Summerlin Parkway. Accessing this village from The Summerlin Parkway will be great and easy!
Redpoint Summerlin and Redpoint Square Summerlin Drive Tour:
Redpoint Summerlin Village will offer a more affordable home compared to the average sales price in Summerlin. Smaller lots and more square footage for a smaller pricing point are key for this community. More townhomes will be built in these two villages giving the option to people that do not want to have a home in Summerlin but a townhome that does not need a lot of upkeep on the outside.
The map to the left is on summerlin.com’s Summerlin West page. At this time, I cannot confirm that these are new villages for Summerlin West however on the site it clearly talks about 20 years of future development and what the future for Summerlin could be. The page talks about developing 5,000 additional acres that are to the west of the 215 and north of Far Hills Ave.
As usual, Summerlin will include parks and trails just as they do with all of their other Summerlin Villages.
This is a current “mock up” of the Redpoint Summerlin Village signage you will see within the Summerlin Village for Redpoint Square. In addition, the streets and under ground utilities are being built.
Currently work crews are building up Desert Foothills Drive so that it will at some future point connect to Summerlin Parkway. Redpoint and Redpoint Square Summerlin will have great freeway access from Summerlin Parkway and the 215 at Far Hills.
New Home Builders:
Woodside Homes will build a community called Crystal Canyon.
Collection 1 – (three) single story floorplans 1,650 – 1,830 sq ft
Collection 2 – (three) 2 story floorplans 2,300 – 2,400 sq ft
Models are under construction now, however pricing has not been set.
Woodside Homes will also be building in Redpoint Square- Obsidian- 2 story and 3 story homes starting from 1,357 to 1,854 square feet. There will be 5 floor plans to chose from. At this time there is no pricing available. It’s listed as coming soon.

KB Home is currently breaking ground on a Townhome community called Ascent. This will be a 2 car garage, 1,448 to 1,890 square foot townhome community once built. 137 two-story units total. Pricing and additional information has not yet been released. Models and Sales office will be open in December.

Single story homes with pricing starting in the mid $500,000.00’s and up…

Richmond American Homes is also confirmed for the village and are now selling. Town homes start in the low $300,000.00’s and are around 1,500-1,520 square feet. Models start construction in June.
Building and models should start construction now with models ready by the summer 2020 however a completion date has not been set.

Taylor Morrison (Formerly William Lyons Homes) will also be building in Redpoint Summerlin Village. Single Family Homes and Townhomes will be built.
Savannah will be an all single story community with homes starting around 1,981 square feet up to 2,574 square feet. There will be 170 lots available in this community. 3 car garages, multi gen suites up to 4 bedrooms and much more! Pricing will start in the $550,000.00’s and go to the mid $650,000.00’s.

Lennar has a building permit visable from the street next to KB Home however, there is no addtional information on their site project as of July 2020. More additional information will be added to this page once it’s available.
