General Information About Redpoint and Redpoint Square Summerlin:
2020 marked the beginning of two brand new Summerlin communities. The First is Redpoint Summerlin Village. The second is Redpoint Square Village Summerlin.
Located just west of the 215 Beltway off of the Far Hills exit. These two new Summerlin Villages will be over 150 acres when completed. Pricing of homes will start in the higher 300,000.00’s and go up to the $600,000.00+ pricing point. New Summerlin subdivisions will be built in 2021, keep checking this page for new information!
Future plans for this village will connect Desert Foothills Drive with The Summerlin Parkway. Accessing this village from The Summerlin Parkway will be great and easy! Summerlin West will be built out over a 20 year period according to The Howard Hughes Corporation.
Future Plans For Summerlin West:
In this paragraph, I will talk about the future of Summerlin Villages. These villages will offer smaller lots and more square footage for a smaller pricing point. More townhomes and single story homes will be built in these two villages. For instance, we are seeing a lot more smaller homes and smaller lots than bigger homes in this area. More affordable options as well will be introduced into this area.
The map to the left is on summerlin.com’s Summerlin West page. Summerlin West will be built over the next 20 years.
5,000 additional acres that are to the west of the 215 and north of Far Hills Ave will be built out making up Summerlin West.
In conclusion, Redpoint Summerlin Village and Redpoint Square Summerlin will have a lot of new home designs coming soon!

Taylor Morrison (Formerly William Lyons Homes) will also be building in Redpoint Summerlin and Redpoint Square Summerlin. Savannah will be an all single story community with homes starting around 1,981 square feet up to 2,574 square feet.
There will be 170 lots available in this community. 3 car garages, multi gen suites up to 4 bedrooms and much more!

Cascades Taylor Morrison Redpoint Square Summerlin
In addition, this same builder is also building models in Redpoint Square for a smaller home community called Cascades. Square footage is from 1,649 square feet to 2,224 square feet. There will be two story and thress story homes for sale in this community. In addition, there will be 2 car garages and several models to chose from.

Woodside Homes Crystal Canyon and Obsidian:

Collection 2 – (Three) 2 story floorplans 2,325 – 2,346 square feet
Woodisde will also be building in Redpoint Square- Obsidian. 2 story and 3 story homes starting from 1,357 to 1,854 square feet. There will be 5 floor plans to chose from. At this time there is no pricing available. Model home construction is now under way.

Richmond American- Moro Rock Townhomes:
Richmond American Town Homes are now selling. These Town homes feature square footage around 1,510-1,520 square feet.
Over 51% of the communnity is now sold out. They have been selling since May 2020 which indicates high demand for the area from buyers.

KB Home Ascent Townhomes:
KB Home Ascent is now open! This project will be a 2 car garage, 1,448 to 1,860 square foot townhome community. 137 two-story units total. There are 6 floor plans to chose from.

Pardee Homes Joins “The Party” At Redpoint Summerlin:
More development of Summerlin West continues upward with new communities being discovered all the time.
Located at the future intersection at Sky Vista Drive and Redpoint Drive, Pardee Homes has a permit to build on 46.5 acres at Redpoint Summerlin. No further information is available right now. Sky Vista Drive will eventually connect to the Summerlin Parkway.
*As of January 5, 2021 ground breaking has begun. The site is now being graded.
Pulte Carmel Cliff:
Carmel Cliff is Pulte’s newest community. Grading has started at the northeast corner of Far Hills and Sky Vista. This community is based on Reverence Collection #4. Toll Brothers Acadia Ridge and Cordillera:
Other builders include Toll Brothers with their new community called Acadia Ridge.
There will be 151 Single story homes. This gated community will have a private pool, and second story loft options for the single story homes.
Six models to choose from featuring Spanish and Hacienda type elevations.
The community should open in early 2021. Models are currently under construction.

A new construction permit sign has been discovered! (Desert Foothills Drive and Red Pass Drive at Redpoint Square Summerlin)
This will be the first Toll Brothers Home community in Redpoint Square Summerlin. No details as to what the project will at this point. Unknown if it’s homes or townhomes. Stay tuned!
Lennar has a building permit visible from the street next to KB Home however, there is no addtional information on their site project as of January 2021.
