General Information About Redpoint and Redpoint Square Summerlin:
2020 marked the beginning of two brand new Summerlin communities. The First is Redpoint Village Summerlin. The second is Redpoint Square Village Summerlin.
Located just west of the 215 Beltway off of the Far Hills exit. These two new Summerlin Villages will span over 150 acres when completed.
Future plans for this village will connect Desert Foothills Drive with The Summerlin Parkway. Most importantly, accessing this village from The Summerlin Parkway will be great and easy! Summerlin West will be built out over a 20 year period according to The Howard Hughes Corporation.

Future Plans For Summerlin West:
These future villages will offer smaller lots and more square footage for a smaller pricing point. More townhomes and single story homes will be built in these two villages. For instance, we are seeing a lot more smaller homes and smaller lots than bigger homes in this area.
The map to the left is on summerlin.com’s Summerlin West page. Although, Summerlin West will be built over the next 20 years.
5,000 additional acres that are to the west of the 215 and north of Far Hills Ave will be built out making up Summerlin West.

New Community Now Open: Castellana By Taylor Morrison:
Ground breaking has already started at the corner of Far Hills and Fox Hill for a new two story community by Taylor Morrison called Castellana. These homes will be two story homes similar to Cascades. Square footage starts around 2,066 square feet all the way up to 2,662 square feet.
The lots will be pool size too. Move in dates are set up for January with a 6 month build out process. Pricing will start in the $650,000.00+ and that includes a lot premium. Models should be open by September. Sales have already started. Call me for more information about this community.
Taylor Morrison Savannah and Cascades:

Tri-Pointe confirmed with me today that there will be 3 subdivisions located at Fox Hill and Redpoint Drive all the way up to Sky Vista and Redpoint Drive. The first subdivision that is being built is called Overlook. Single story homes with amazing views. Second is Kings Canyon which will be two story homes. The third community is not yet named will be town homes. The first set of their single story models will open in September. Stay tuned for more information.
