From what you can see on their web site https://www.tollbrothers.com/luxury-homes-for-sale/Nevada/Toll-Brothers-at-Ascension the homes will have a familiar look to them as we have seen at Mesa Ridge Summerlin. Home square footage will start at 3,400 square feet and go up to 5,000 square feet.  Modern design elements will be featured in all of these homes. This community will be located at Summerlin South close to the 215 Beltway, shopping, and restaurants as well as being close to Downtown Summerlin.

Specific location is at the intersction of Town Center and Tropicana near The Summit Summerlin, The Mesa Park Summerlin and Siena Summerlin.

When Can We Expect Ascension Summerlin To Open? 

Great question. My contacts at Pulte Homes have told me to expect their models to open in the first quarter of 2024. Expect Build outs could take 9-12 months so expect to be in your new Summerlin South home by 2025 or sooner. The Crestline Collection:

This collection will feature homes up to 5,000 square feet and they will be two story homes. Look for 22 foot soaring great room ceilings, a modern design element, 5 bedrooms, a loft and 5.5 baths. Balconies and large covered patios will also be a focal point for this community. Your new home can be customized to your specific needs. There will be an elevator option as well as large bedrooms and a multi gen suite option too. There will be 3 home designs to chose from in this collection of homes.

The Highrock Collection:

In this collection of homes, this area will be at the peak of Ascension Summerlin meaning there should be some amazing views of The Las Vegas Valley within this collection. According to their web site, expect homes to have 14 foot ceilings, spacious interiors and exteriors, an optional formal dinning room and a cellar too.  There will be 3 unique designs within this community to build.

The Ridgeline Collection:

With 3 luxury designs to chose from in this collection of homes, expect to see a mix of modern, mid-century modern, and desert contemporary exteriors for these model homes. This single story collection of homes will feature a multi-gen suite option, and up to 3,600 square feet. 4 bedrooms with 4.5 baths will be available for you to customize to your specific needs.

How Can You Assist Me With Building My New Summerlin Luxury Home? 

That’s an easy question! First off, in the state of Nevada, the builders have no obligation to represent you or your interests. They represent the builder, not you. That’s where I come in. From start to finish I will personally guide you through the entire process. Starting off by finding you a specifc model to build, then going to contract, making sure that the design meets your needs. Then, we do to the design center appointment. I can help you decide what your new home will have in it, the layout, the design elements and much more. My job as your buyers agent doesn’t stop there! During the construciton phase, I will update you weekly with pictures of the home site, drone footage to predict views or obsticles (Remember, I cannot guarantee a view) and we can use the drone for measurements of height and distance too.

During the construction phase I also love to go with you to all of the scheduled walk throughs such as a framing walk through and other walk throughs that the builder will allow us to attend. Then final delivery happens with a final walk through making sure your new home is perfect!
