Downtown Summerlin opened in 2014 and the community was very happy! Finally, Summerlin residents had a place to shop, eat, hang out, work and it was easy to get to! Downtown Summerlin has plenty of restaurants, shops like Macy's and Dillards, a movie theater, Dave and Busters, and much more! Trader Joe's is also on the property for all of your grocery store needs.
There are plenty of community events and things to do! There's a weekly farmers market, yoga in the park, ice skating which is seasonal, walking your dog, and hanging out with friends and family. All these activities are close to homes, condos, and townhomes.

Las Vegas Ballpark and The Golden Knights:
Completed in 2019, The Oakland A's Triple A Baseball Team has called Downtown Summerlin it's new home! This amazing state of the art stadium can hold up to 10,000 people. Amazing food and fun await you at this new ballpark! Check out their web page here: Las Vegas Ballpark
The Las Vegas Golden Knights also have their headquarters and training facility at Downtown Summerlin. You can also ice skate there, eat at McKenzie River Pizza, and watch the NHL practice when it's open to the public. There is also a Golden Knights Team Store located in the facility as well.
Several Casinos are also nearby. Red Rock Casino, Sun Coast and The J.W. Marriot. Plenty of restaurants and shopping also surround the Summerlin Community. The Vegas Golden Knights as well as The Oakland A's Triple A Baseball Team have facilities in the area. The Red Rock Conservation Area is also located a few miles to the west of Downtown Summerlin. There is so much to do in this area, it's worth checking out!
