September 20, 2022In-N-Out Burger to Build a “Retro” 1940’s Location in Las Vegas
In-N-Out Burger to Build a “Retro” 1940’s Location Across From Allegiant Stadium-Construction is already underway across from Allegiant Stadium for what will be the most unique In-N-Out in the US. The difference between this location and the other locations they have is simple. It’s designed to service a lot of cars coming and going to the Stadium. It will also handle foot traffic from the stadium as well. This In-N-Out Las Vegas location will be worth checking out!
What Stands Out About This Location?
First off, the drive through service windows will be able to handle more car traffic. The deisgn and foot print of the property were developed so that a lot of cars from the stadium across the street can access this location. The other difference about this location is that there will be no indoor seating what so ever. There will be seating areas outside and throughout the property.
Some of the pictures that are out on the internet show that the property will also have a lot of parking for vehicles to eat in your food inside your car. This will bring back memories for some people that remember the idea of going out to grab a bite to eat and just park.

When Will This Location Open to The Public?
Good question. When Covid hit, that delayed the plan opening for 2021. Construction has already started so I would expect this location to open some time in the first quarter of 2023. That’s a guess right now but as a true In-N-Out fan that was born and raised in SoCal, one can hope for a quick build time!
In the mean time, Las Vegas is very lucky to have several locations that can serve your a great burger “Animal Style” right now!
How Will This Affect The Surrounding Area Near The Stadium?
I think in the next few years you will see a massive change in the surrounding environment that you see now. Here’s why: First off, according to the Review-Journal, a brand new non-gaming hotel will be built near the Stadium. According to the RJ, it will be a 19 story hotel with 340 rooms. The hotel will have a pool, roof top bar, spa, meeting space and a ballroom. Clark County has already talked about rezoing the entire area to make that area more friendly to pedestrians. They also want to make it easier for people to cross the 15 freeway from the Las Vegas Strip to walk or travel to the area. Right now, the area needs a lot of work. Parking is the biggest problem and second is traffic. What’s Coming to Fix Traffic Problems in The Area?
NDOT (Nevada Department of Transportation) already has plans to transform the I-15 freeway from Tropicana to Dean Martin Drive. This project has already started and should help the increase of traffic to In-N-Out Las Vegas as well as Allegiant Stadium too.
You can check out NDOT’s website and that information here: http://i15trop.com/
