Summerlin Area Realtor Uses Drone Technology. Since August 2021, Michael Bondi has been using drone technology to help his out of state and out of country buyers explore Summerlin Luxury Real Estate from the air! This technology has helped buyers that are not familiar with Summerlin or the surrounding areas. Michael uses a DJI Mavic Air 2s drone which shoots video in stunning 4K resolution. The videos capture the beautiful natural surroundings that Summerlin has to offer home buyers.

Buyers are now able to see subdivisions, homes and the community from the air which gives them a unique view which most Realtors cannot provide. Sellers can also benefit from this technology as well. Showing multiple images as well as video of the property can help a buyer determine if the backyard is big enough for them, what the home backs up to and what surrounds the home as well. The technology can also help with marketing the home for the seller. Creating an amazing video of the home people can view online will helping to expose the home to a bigger internet audience.

Changing The Way We Look At Summerlin Real Estate:

As a Summerlin Realtor and Summerlin Real Estate expert with 18 years experience, Michael wanted to seperate himself from the other Realtors in the area. He wanted to give his clients more services than just a tradtional agent would give. After spending 2 months reviewing FAA Drone Pilot materials, Michael passed his Section 107 FAA Exam. Not only does it serve as a form of advertisment for Michael, it provides amazing video and images.

In the past year, Michael has been relocating several people from California, around the United States and over seas. Having the drone technology helps people explore Summerlin and Las Vegas from the air even if they are hundreds of miles away.
